This session is open to all, and no partner is required. 🕒 Friday | 8:00 - 9:30 pm Reminder: Wear something that allows easy movement. Bring a separate pair of footwear for use inside the studio. Ladies, if heels are uncomfortable, opt for thin-sole shoes or socks. Carry an extra pair of socks to stay comfortable. Bring water and a towel for your convenience.
